We are now looking for a communicative, experienced and innovative payroll specialist with a high level of responsibility.
Within the payroll area, you will mainly be responsible for all time and payroll accounting at Suzuki Garphyttan in Sweden, both for collective employees and for salaried employees. You are the system owner of Flex Lön and HRM time/travel and you are responsible for ensuring that all payroll totals are correctly accounted for before each closing date. You will report statistics and other HR related data to both external and internal parties. Actively supporting managers and employees in the use of Flex HRM is also part of your role. Within the HR area, you will support other HR with expertise in the field of payroll, and you will play a central role in the annual payroll review process.
You probably have a post-secondary education specialising in payroll and have worked extensively in the entire payroll area, from start to finish. We see that you are a problem solver and with an interest in payroll and HR-related issues. You are used to working in the Office package and have good knowledge of English, Swedish you are fluent in speech and writing. You have a few years' experience of personnel administration systems, and it is an advantage if you have previously worked in a payroll department where you have worked closely with other HR staff. If you also have previous experience of HR administration, excellent knowledge of Excel, and knowledge of the Steel and Metal agreement area, this is an advantage.
To thrive in the role, you like to work independently, have a high level of integrity and you have a drive to develop and constantly improve our payroll process. You are responsible, detail-oriented and service-minded.
As a Payroll Specialist, you will report to the HR Manager where you will be part of a team of three HR Specialists and one HR Administrator. For us, it is important to enjoy and have fun at work together.
